Our 3 month plan gets you well on your way to building lean muscle and losing body fat. With a focus on core control and stability, you will challenge your body through movement with and without weights.

6 Month Package

From $400/mo.

The 6 Month Plan will take you through core control and stability and builds with progressive overload. Focusing on time under tension, heavier weights and changes to repetition and set numbers.

12 Month Package

From $360/mo.

The 12 month plan takes you through core control and stability, into progressive overload techniques and finishes with power. It’s a combination of free weights and high-interval exercises to build strength and endurance according to your goals.

Nutritional Add On

$50/half hr

Dial in your nutrition with this add on feature! Learn how to fuel your body with macronutrients, micronutrients, calorie consumption and more!

Group Training Plan

From $125/hour

Get friends involved with a group training session! Group training plans can vary in duration, intensity, and type of exercises and will include a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises.

Exercise Plan Only

$50

Starts with a 30 minute consultation to assess movement patterns and discuss goals. Plans will be customized to each persons unique training needs and goals.
